RETURN OF PRODUCTS

We strive to provide the best possible information and pictures of all products in our online store. If there is something you think about before ordering, please contact us by email info@hamam.fi or via the form on our website. Please note that if you want to return the product, you are responsible for the resulting costs yourself shipping costs.

  • The return period is 14 days from the moment of collection of the postal package or the delivery of the shipment to its destination, excluding the collection day.
  • The product to be returned must be undamaged and 100%
  • Products must be returned unused, in the same condition as when you received them. We check all our products before shipping.
  • All parts or features of the product must be returned in the original
  • If the product has other return conditions, they are mentioned separately
  • Made-to-order or individual unique products do not have the right of return. The return takes place via post. You can also deliver the product yourself directly to the store. When returning by post:
  • Pack the product(s) well and durable The minimum requirement is packaging of the same level as the packaging used in the original delivery. We are not responsible for damage to improperly packaged returns. If the customer has neglected to pack the product carefully, the resulting costs will be charged to the customer.
  • Include your contact information and attach a copy
  • Take the products to be returned to the post office and send the package to the address found on our website. It usually takes longer to return a product than normal postal delivery. On average, we receive the package within 4-12 business days of sending it.

The purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method as soon as the return has arrived and we have checked it. Depending on the payment method, the delay can be approx. 2-7 days.
